On a Roll!!

Even though we were off work today, we didn't take the day off from eating right and working out. We have given ourselves Thursday's and Sunday's to not work out and have a little bit of a cheat meal... nothing out of control. I have done this before, and without it we would go crazy. Giving yourself a little bite here and there is the key to success. This way you do not feel deprived. I did this my entire journey last time and it worked like a charm.
Today, we got up around 6:30am ... it was so nice sleeping in this morning! .... our usual is around 4:15am so this is a treat! Katie did a fantastic job this morning running. While she was running, I was riding my bike along side her. She ran farther and longer than she has before! Once we came home, we worked out in the garage and it felt so good. We are walking a little slowly today from some squats the other day, but we are getting this done!
For dinner tonight we tried out our new countertop grill. We had turkey, asparagus, avacado and fat free swiss cheese pannini's! They were sooooo yummmy!!! Check them out!!! So delish!
We love this grill and have only had it a day! It's so worth the money!

Weigh-in day willl be every other Sunday... so our first weigh in will be on Jan 15th. We logged our starting weights, so we'll let you know how the weigh-in goes for sure!
