Mid-Week!

It's been a great week! We have worked out everyday and eaten so well. Today we had a great dinner, although we ate later than we like. We got home and worked out ... Katie had a great run today! She is getting better and going farther and farther each time. I am noticing that I am less winded after my rides that caused me to be very winded last week. So, with each day we are both making progress!
For dinner, I made polenta with meat sauce with steamed broccolli. It was sooooo yummy!

Weigh-in is coming soon! We are looking forward to Sunday to see if our hard work has paid off, even though we know it is doing us some real good!
