Well, another successful day! Oatmeal to start the day for me, then a WW dinner for lunch and a 6 inch chicken breast Subway on wheat for dinner. Katie started her day with shredded wheat cereal, a ham wrap on a low carb tortilla, oranges, and a 6 inch turkey sub from Subway for dinner.
We got home and went on a nice bike ride down to the park. We have really missed riding bikes, so today was a nice change. We could feel our legs burning!!! When we got home we did some weights and stretched so hopefully we wont be too sore tomorrow.
After working out, we read the first chapter of Jillian's book as well as another chapter in Ellen's new book. It's really funny... you should read it!
Katie has decided that every Tuesday will be Subway dinner night. It's also the night of one of our favorite shows... tonight Biggest Loser Season 13 starts! This is the season that I applied for.. so it will be interesting to see who got picked from Austin.
I am a little glad you didn't get picked...cause now you are doing along side someone who will love you no matter...you won't be judged on those bad days, you will be given a reassuring hug and kiss and told tomorrow is a new day. :)...not kicked out of the house. Hee Hee!
